Returns and refunds

If for whatever reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return it, at your own expense. Provided we receive it undamaged in any way, we will issue a full refund for the cost of the item only.

Damaged items

If goods are delivered damaged, Biblical Languages must be notified in writing within 3 days of receipt of the goods, otherwise claims cannot be considered. If any damage is noticed at the time of the delivery, documentation must be signed accordingly and delivery refused. Please email info@biblicallanguages.co.uk to report damage.
